Another Guelph Indecent Act Arrest

On July 10th, 2023, at 4:45pm, members of the Guelph Police Service observed an adult male in the vicinity of the splash pad located in the downtown core of the City of Guelph.

At 4:53pm, police observed the male remove his shorts, exposing himself fully to a crowd of families. The male was subsequently arrested.

A 54-year-old Guelph male has been charged with Indecent Act.

He will appear in court on August 18th.
