Brampton Male Charged 108 km/h in a 50km/h

A Brampton male was taken off the road after he was caught driving more than double the speed limit in Guelph Wednesday.

A member of the Guelph Police Service Traffic Unit was patrolling near Gordon Street and Oak Street just after 1 p.m. when he clocked a Lexus travelling 108 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone.

A 20-year-old Brampton male is charged with speeding and stunt driving. His license was suspended for 30 days and his vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
