Break-in and Vandalism at Shuttered Restaurant

Police are investigating after four youths were seen breaking into a vacant south-end business Monday evening.

Approximately 7:30 p.m., a witness called 911 after seeing two males smashing the glass doors and entering the former Fionn MacCool’s location on Edinburgh Road South. Video surveillance from other nearby businesses showed four youths entering the building. Officers observed fresh red spray paint inside the building and numerous pop cans throughout.
