Celebrate Canada Day with Centre Wellington

Canada Day celebrations is an exciting time for Canadian patriots to celebration our nation. This Canada Day July 1st falls on a Saturday. 

In Guelph, it was confirmed back on May 25th that the Rotary Club of Guelph will be hosting Canada Day fireworks at Riverside Park, but just fireworks and no other notable events or features will be taking place. 

Centre Wellington Canada Day Events

Our neighbours to the north, Elora and Fergus will be hosting numerous exciting events that may be of interest.

Beginning at 7am in Elora, Volunteer Firefighters will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast, along with a Soap Box Derby coordinated by Big Brothers Big Sisters of CW. At 11am there will be the Dominion Day Parade and then head on down to Bissell Park at noon for the Elora Lions Club’s FREE hot dog lunch, live music and more! Followed by the Duck Race at 1:30pm.

Come 4pm, be there in Fergus at the CW Sportsplex many more exciting events that leads to their fireworks event at 9:30pm.
