Community of Hearts Open House July 13

Community of Hearts is proud to open its doors to the Guelph-Wellington community, to celebrate the excellent work that our program leaders & participants engage in, and invite new community members to understand, acknowledge, and support these essential capacity-building programs and the successes of the participants.

Drop in between 4-6pm at our centre (located in the Old Quebec Street Shoppes, Downtown Guelph) for a tour of our facility and programs, plus refreshments made by our cooking program participants. At 5:30, enjoy an exciting performance by Guelph’s Inclusive Glee Club, a singing and performance program for folks with developmental disabilities.

We’re looking forward to celebrating our participants and our supporters, and inviting new community members into our Community of Hearts network!
