Female Arrested for Failing to Attend Court

On June 30th, 2023, an adult female failed to attend court in regards to the following criminal charges:

• Break And Enter A Place With Intent
• Fail To Re-Attend Court
• Break And Enter A Place
• Motor Vehicle Theft
• Breach Probation

On July 8th, at 4:01pm, police found the female in a commercial plaza located near the intersection of Silvercreek Parkway North and Speedvale Avenue West in the City of Guelph. She was subsequently arrested.

A 37-year-old Guelph female has been additionally charged with:

• Fail To Attend Court

She was held in custody pending a bail hearing and was subsequently released.

She will appear in court on July 11th.
