Galaxy Cinema Pergola Will Indeed Open This Friday, Finally

After months of closure due to extensive flood damage from a record-breaking rainstorm in July 2024, Galaxy Cinemas Pergola Commons in Guelph is finally reopening its doors this Friday, April 4, 2025.

The popular theatre, located at 85 Clair Road East, was originally scheduled to reopen on March 27, but the date was pushed back by a week due to unforeseen delays in final preparations.

Operated by Cineplex, the venue features eight screens, including an UltraAVX auditorium designed to deliver an enhanced moviegoing experience.
