Guelph Male Arrested for Missing Court

A Guelph male was arrested Tuesday after failing to attend for fingerprinting.

Just after 8 a.m. police were called for a report of two unwanted males outside a downtown business. Investigation revealed one of the males had been released last month with a condition he attend the police station for fingerprinting at a later date but did not do so.

A 39-year-old Guelph man is charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. He will appear in a Guelph court September 8, 2023.
