Residential Break In

Some time between 9:30pm on May 6th and 4pm on May 7th, 2023, the backyard shed of a residence located near the intersection of Speedvale Avenue West and Edinburgh Road North in the City of Guelph, was entered. Entry was gained as the shed’s lock was cut off.

Recovered Stolen Vehicles

On May 9th, 2023, at 1am, police located an unoccupied white 2021 Lexus RX45 parked in a commercial parking lot located near the intersection of Imperial Road North and Woodlawn Road West in the City of Guelph. The motor vehicle had been reported stolen on May 7th at 1:08am.

In the same parking lot, police also located an unoccupied silver 2021 Lexus RX35. The motor vehicle had been reported stolen on May 6th at 5:44pm.

Stolen Freightliner Tractor

On May 7th, 2023, a 2016 Freightliner Tractor was taken from a commercial parking lot located near the intersection of Laird Road and Clair Road West in the City of Guelph.

Multiple Driving Complaints & Motor Vehicle Collisions

Over the past 24 hours the Guelph Police Service received reports of one driving complaint and three motor vehicle collisions occurring throughout the City of Guelph.

The Guelph Police Service would like to encourage the public to slow down and follow the rules of the road to help ensure everyone arrives to their destination safely.
