
Happy Ending as Dog Found After Attack

A harrowing incident in has reached a happy conclusion as Ricky, the small dog who was attacked by two larger dogs and subsequently went missing, has been found. Vestine Mutuzo posted to the Caught in Guelph (and Area) community that to date had garnered almost 500 reacts, in addition to the original community request that saw hundreds of shares.
The incident occurred at 380 Waterloo Ave around 9pm on August 16th, when Ricky was taken for his routine walk and was attacked. His owner managed to free him, but Ricky, in his panic, ran away and was lost.
The community, along with the Guelph Humane Society and local police, rallied to assist in locating Ricky. Their concerted efforts paid off, and Ricky has been found and is now safe.

This incident serves as a testament to the caring spirit of the Guelph community, whose responsiveness and concern were vital in ensuring a happy ending to a potentially tragic situation.
