Children are invited to apply for various positions, including General Manager, Head Coach, Trainer/Equipment Manager, PA Announcer, Rogers Broadcaster, and Graphic Designer. Each role is designed to give the kids a taste of the real-world responsibilities these positions entail.
- General Manager: Aspiring young managers are tasked with completing a scouting report for a Guelph Storm player, showcasing their analytical and decision-making skills.
- Head Coach: Kids with a knack for leadership can submit a video of a pre-game speech, inspiring the team before a big game.
- Trainer/Equipment Manager: This role allows kids to express why they would be the perfect fit to assist in getting players game-ready.
- PA Announcer and Rogers Broadcaster: These positions offer a platform for kids to demonstrate their communication skills, requiring them to read scripts or present game-related information.
- Graphic Designer: Young creatives can showcase their artistic talents in this role, contributing to the team’s visual elements.
