On June 21st, at 10:15pm, police located the male walking near the intersection of Metcalfe Street and Eramosa Road in the City of Guelph. He was subsequently arrested.
A 30-year-old Guelph male has been additionally charged with Fail To Attend Court.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
