A longtime Guelph restaurant is on the market, with both the business and the property at 241 Edinburgh Rd. N. now listed for sale.
Royal City Restaurant, which states on its menu that it has been serving the community since 1968, is listed for $250,000. The commercial property housing the restaurant is being offered separately for $1.35 million.
According to the listings, the current owners purchased both the business and the property in 2004.

The business listing describes Royal City Restaurant as a well-established operation with a strong reputation, a loyal customer base, and a history of consistent high six-figure annual revenue.
The property listing states the approximately 4,000-square-foot building is set up for restaurant operations and includes seating for nearly 100 guests. The site also features more than 22 parking spaces for customers and staff.
The listings note the opportunity could appeal to an owner-operator, hospitality group, or entrepreneur looking to continue the existing restaurant, introduce a new dining concept, or expand an existing business.
The business and property are being marketed through separate listings.
