Males Sought in $17K Phone Theft at Stone Road Mall

The Guelph Police Service is trying to identify the males in the attached photo as we continue to investigate the theft of more than $17,000 in phones and smart watches.

The morning of December 11, police were called to a business at Stone Road Mall after the manager arrived to find a drawer pried open and the devices missing. Surveillance video showed two males walking around the mall until after it had closed, then one entered the stand-alone business and removed the product. A crowbar was left behind.

The stolen devices were valued at $17,810.

It is believed the males in the attached photograph have information relevant to the investigation.

Anyone who recognizes the males or has other information is asked to call Constable Matthew Neault at 519-824-1212, ext. 7601, email mneault@guelphpolice.ca, leave an anonymous message for Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or leave an anonymous tip online at www.csgw.tips.
