Man Arrested on Four Outstanding Warrants

A Guelph man was arrested Tuesday on four outstanding warrants.

Approximately 11 a.m. Monday, emergency services were called to an address on Victoria Road South for a man in medical distress. Upon identifying the man, officers discovered the outstanding warrants.


He was transported to hospital for treatment and observation and held overnight. He was arrested upon his release Tuesday morning.

A 40-year-old Guelph man is charged with two counts of assault, break and enter, mischief under $5,000, driving while prohibited and several counts of failing to comply with release orders. He was held for a bail hearing Thursday.
