Man Attacked Downtown, Hospitalized with Serious Head Injury
Listen to this articleThe Guelph Police Service is investigating and seeking witnesses after a man was attacked by several others Saturday night.
Approximately 9:30 p.m. police were called to Macdonell Street near the West Parkade where a male in his 50s had been assaulted by several young people. The victim was transported to hospital and admitted with a serious head injury.

Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the altercation or was in the area between 9:20 p.m. and 9:40 p.m. Saturday.
