Man Threatens Downtown Social Service Agency Staff

A Guelph man was arrested Thursday after a staff member of a downtown social service agency was threatened.

Police were called just before noon. The complainant advised a male smashed several items within the facility and then threatened the employee before leaving on foot. He was located a short distance away and arrested.

A 24-year-old Guelph man is charged with uttering threats. He will appear in court April 12.
