Over $3K in Makeup Stolen from South-end Business

The Guelph Police Service is investigating after more than $3,000 worth of makeup was stolen from a south-end business.

Friday afternoon, a manager of a business near Stone Road West and Scottsdale Drive called police to report the theft. Just after 2 p.m. two women entered the business, followed a short time later by an older woman. The older woman was speaking to employees in the cosmetics area and appeared to be distracting them while the two younger women removed more than $3,000 in Dior cosmetics and concealed them in their coats.

All three women left the store and were seen walking away together. It is believed they arrived in a white four-door sedan.
