Update: Deceased; Death Investigated as Homicide; Police Looking for Missing Male, Kenny, 45

A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the death of a Guelph man.

A 37-year-old Guelph male was arrested Thursday afternoon. He is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

A 43-year-old Guelph male, 39-year-old Guelph male and 47-year-old Guelph female were earlier arrested and face the same charge. All four will appear in a Guelph bail court Friday.

The charges are related to the death of a 45-year-old Guelph male, who was reported missing in early October. He was located deceased outside the city by Guelph Police Service officers last Friday. The death is being investigated as a homicide and is believed to have been targeted.

Missing male found deceased, three arrested

On October 8, the Guelph Police Service began a missing person investigation involving a 45-year-old Guelph male named Kenny.

On October 27, the missing male was located deceased outside of the city by Guelph Police Service officers. His death is being investigated as a homicide.

A 43-year-old Guelph male, 39-year-old Guelph male and 47-year-old Guelph female have been arrested for accessory after the fact to murder.

All three were held in custody for bail hearings and will appear in court Friday.

The Guelph Police Service believes this to be a targeted incident and there is no risk to public safety.

The Guelph Police Service is actively looking for a male known as Kenny and are concerned for his wellbeing.

Kenny is described as a white male, 45 years of age, 5’9” with a thin build and brown hair. He was last seen the first week of October in the area of Guelph Street.
