The Guelph Police Service is investigating after five catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles at a north-end business.
On Tuesday morning officers were called to the business near Silvercreek Parkway North and Woodlawn Road West. Employees started five Ford F550 trucks and noticed them to be very loud.
Security video showed a white car parking near the property at 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Two males in dark hoodies entered the business compound after cutting a large hole in the fence and removed the exhaust components.
Residents are urged to report suspicious people or vehicles around commercial properties during overnight hours. Business owners are urged to visit our Business Safety page for tips on protecting your property.
