Stunt Driving Charge – 104 km/h in a 50 km/h Zone

A Guelph male was taken off the road for a month after he was caught Tuesday driving more than twice the speed limit.

Approximately 10:40 a.m. a member of the Guelph Police Service Traffic Unit was patrolling near Watson Parkway North and Eastview Road when he clocked an Audi travelling 104 km/h in a posted 50 km/h zone.

A 35-year-old Guelph male is charged with stunt driving. His license was suspended for 30 days and his vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
