A Guelph teen faces assault and mischief charges after a house party got out of control Friday night.
Police were contacted Saturday. The owner of a north-end home reported his teenaged daughter held a party the previous night, during which a bedroom mirror and other property was damaged and the host of the party was assaulted.
The assailant was removed from the house, but once outside uttered threats to several parties and punched a man who had attended to help shut down the party.
On Saturday night a 15-year-old Guelph boy was arrested for assault, mischief under $5,000 and uttering threats. He will appear in court October 1.
