Video Sought in Theft Investigation

The Guelph Police Service is appealing for dashcam video as it continues to investigate the theft of a significant amount of cash from a vehicle earlier this month.

On May 11, just after 3 p.m., the Guelph Police Service was called to a business on Hanlon Creek Boulevard. Witnesses reported a vehicle parked outside was approached by two males who arrived in a vehicle. A window was smashed and a large amount of cash was stolen. Police believe the victim was followed to the location.

Police are asking residents to contact them if they have dashcam footage of the following locations and times:

Stone Road West between Gordon Street and the Hanlon Expressway, on May 11 between noon and 1:30 p.m.

Gordon Street between Stone Road West and Harts Lane West during the same time period.
