York Road Named Worst Road in Western Region of Ontario, Again

For the second consecutive year, York Road has been named the worst road in the western region of Ontario by the CAA. Despite not making the top 10 list for the worst roads in all of Ontario, York Road held the top spot in the region for 2023 and was ranked second in 2022.

The ongoing York Road reconstruction project has kept the road under construction for the past couple of years.

These rankings are part of the CAA’s annual Worst Roads campaign, which invites people to vote for the worst roads between March and April. The results, released today, aim to draw attention to the roads most in need of repaving and repair work.

Includes Brant, Huron, Middlesex, Norfolk, Oxford, Perth County, the Waterloo Region and more.
