It’s the kind of theft that happens quickly and quietly – but leaves a lasting impact. Police are now asking for help tracking down the suspect and the stolen items.
The Guelph Police Service is investigating after an expensive bicycle and a leaf blower were stolen from a shed at a west-end home.
On Monday morning a resident near Whitelaw Road and Fife Road reported someone entered his back yard overnight and accessed the shed. A teal-coloured Trek Marlin 7 mountain bike was stolen along with a Stihl leaf blower.
Anyone with information is asked to call Special Constable Thomas Randell at 519-824-1212, ext. 7194, email trandell@guelphpolice.ca, leave an anonymous message for Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or leave an anonymous tip online at www.csgw.tips. (Occurrence number GW26000410)
